-Community Manager ( Make a rules for server , dont let players to destroy them , make a lot of giveaways )

Activity : A good manager would not let this opportunity down. Activity is one of the main things when you want to become a great member of the Manager team. It's not really useful when you have 1 manager who is not active on the server or the forums and Discord. Those type or players don't actually deserve the chance of becoming a Manager when they have very little effort and time put into management the server myself. I currently have around 5 days of playtime and I believe it will rise by the time on here.

Mature : I feel like I am a very friendly person when it comes to communication, if a player wants to talk to me, I would be more than happy to have a nice little conversation with the player. As a Manager, I would keep myself to what I need to do on the server, the rules are something everyone needs to follow, even a regular player.

Responsibility : Leading a big group of people requires a lot of responsibility and a lot of time management. I've worked with many people both in real life and in other games that need a good leader to basically lead them. I can admit that I joke around with my friends from time to time, but that's just for the giggles for the moment, and it would not harm any other player in any way.
