Hey BBB community,
With the recent growth of TavernMC we want to be able to release more updates than we currently offer, and you can help us with that.
With this post we will be introducing the new Junior Developer Program created for passionate developers that are looking to expand their knowledge and to get a taste of how it is to work for such a network and team. We will be guiding you through the period of time to expand your knowledge as well as teach you new things.
The Jr.Developer position is voluntary and not paid; but with room to expand into a paid position.
In return for your work, you'll gain teamwork skills, development experience, and the opportunity to build your reputation in the Minecraft development community. If you demonstrate your capabilities and successfully complete the program, you'll be promoted to a paid Developer role. The pay will be negotiated between you and the owner, based on your responsibilities and tasks.
By being accepted into the team, you will have access to a development server hosted on one of our machines, where we can assign you to do work that you might be ready to do.
Along with that, you will have access to our development group chat where you can learn things about server development, along with a Discord role called "Jr.Developer" in our main Discord server.
