TCP proxy(get real IP address from players)

I built a tcp proxy server and it working but players have same IP(the reverse proxy server IP)

How can I get real IP from players on spigot or bungeecord?

Other questions
1 How can I setup GRE tunnel?
2 Can I open a bungeecord server (Port is 0.0.0.0:25565 and teleport to 0.0.0.0:25566(used tcp proxy, actually is other server))on the vps and can I get real IP on bungeecord server?
