TDM plugin

Okay so I'm interested in a TDM plugin. All i really want to know is if this would be possible and if it is i will try and get in contact with that developer and how much it would cost. So you have a blue team on one side and a red team on the other side. Each game lasts 30 mins and is running all of the time. Players can chose between kits which depend on their donor ranks, so there will be fighter kit stone kit iron kit diamond kit and hero kit. kits can be edited in the config in the same style as the essentials kits. Commands,
- /tdm Resets : Restarts the game (Perm: TDM.Reset)
- /tdm join <red/blue> : Joins a team (No perm)
- /tdm quit : Leaves the team you're on (No perm) Just to clarify there isn't any guns just normal 1.8 minecraft with enchantments. there is a lobby what can be set by using -/tdm setlobby (perm: TDM.setlobby) and team spawn points can be set by the command -/tdm setspawn <team> (perm: TDM.setspawn) Don't know if I already said that players can build within the arena and I will be allowed to put blocks and things in chests and those will reset when the game ends the same with the map the command to set the map will be -/tdm create <name> this can be selected by using world edit and the perm for this is (TDM.create) and also you can remove arena with /tdm remove <name> (perm: tdm.remove). If there is any mistakes i have made please tell me or if there is improvements that could be added please comment them below!! Thanks.
