take an online course about xamp or whatever on udemy or something
just saying coding is hard to learn at first

I can agree with that ^. However if you are trying to learn Java I highly recommend you check out "TheNewBoston" on YouTube, a lot of people have learned from him, and his tutorials, they are really good, and in depth. He has 2 series, the Beginners one, which may suit you better, and an Intermediate one. I'd highly recommend watching the beginners one, then the intermediate one.
