Teaching Basic Plugin Coding

I'm willing to teach anyone over skype how to start coding their own basic plugin.
I'm new to this website so I'm not sure if there's a way that I'm supposed to format this or anything or if this isn't allowed (??) but yes if anyone would like learn my requirements are as follows:
-Atleast 14 years old
-Speaks fluent english
-Use of teamviewer
-Use of skype

Do know that I am in EST timezone so depending on your timezone it could be difficult.

TV is a req because it makes it take a very minute fraction of the time because, yes, I'll be showing them how to code via their own computer and because it lets me make sure that they get the required versions of java jdk and eclipse.
