Hello, Team Alliance is a fairly new team on MC-Market and is currently recruiting team members. Currently we are looking for a website designer (not HTML, CSS, JS... A guy that is good with designing websites in Photoshop or Sketch) and a back-end developer. We are currently just doing logo and thread designs, but we want to expand in more fields.

Ofcourse, you will be paid. It will depend on the project, if its a heavy design project you will get more and if it demands more development you will be paid less. The point is, how much you work that much you will be paid, but always a 5% of the total price will go to the team for paying all the things.
