Introduction
I am here today to inform you that Team Aptum is recruiting build team members, we are a mixed build team of all abilities with a range of people and ages who are all good at their own specific thing. We are hoping to expand our team into doing commissions and making a shop, however to do so we require more builders so that we can finally make the big step from being an unpaid build team to finally having a form of payment.

What is there to offer?
With our build team, we allow you to have your own world where you can practise, do your own projects etc, however we currently build for a specific network, which we want to grow out of so we can become something bigger, hopefully in the near future we will be offering commissions, schematics for a shop - but at the moment we currently just build maps for a network, which is sadly unpaid.
How can I apply?
To apply you must use this document here, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive a response on whether you have been accepted, however we do not contact you if you have been denied, so if you haven't had a response in 2 weeks then you may re apply.
How does the team work?
In our team, we have 4 different ranks.
First is the Trial role:
- This role is kind of a stage, it is when you have 1 month to complete a build of your choice (has to be a map) in which you show off your skills to us, you don't have to use the entire month though. You will be contacted once you have finished about if you have been accepted or not once leadership has finished reviewing your trial.
Second is the Builder role:
- This role means you have been successful in your trial. You are now an official member of the build team, you will be given your own private world on our build server and will be able to see all the projects on the discord that are needed to be completed which will have world names, warps etc for you to be able to access them. Unless specified otherwise, most builds will be team projects however sometimes we will assign specific people to a project.
Third is the Sr. Builder role:
-This role means that we believe you have what it takes to be a part of our leadership team, people with this role help decide who gets in through applications, and they also judge trial builds as well. In the future they will also be in charge with dealing with commissions and shop builds too, they are usually set as the project leader when there is a group project going on.
Finally is the Deputy Leader / Leader role:
- There is only 1 leader and 1 backup leader, if a leader resigns the back up leader becomes the leader, and they will then choose a sr builder to become the new backup leader, and then a new sr builder will be chosen. They run the build team, will be bringing in commissions, writing threads such as this one and generally making sure everyone is doing what they are doing, they are in charge of promotions and demotions within the team as well.
