I'm Bailey, the founder of a staff team called Team Arctane. I'm currently looking for members to join the team.

A bit about Arctane: Team Arctane is a minecraft staff team in the works willing to help out any server if they have potential and dedication. We are thriving to be a full team of skilled members young, old, experienced, or newer to the field. We all have improvements to make and we want to make them together. Our team is going to be a full built team of staff members willing to work and grow with one another. We want staff members like You to join us and make our team great! Why Arctane came to be: I've always wanted to create a team to staff on servers with. I love working with others in the staffing community and what better way to do it then build a team to grow with. Arctane is what I'll be focusing on as well as my gigs on other servers as staff. I hope for Arctane to become a great team and show we all have what it takes to be great.
We are looking for any members willing to work with us and grow skills together..

What we hope to achieve:
Team Arctane hopes to achieve a great deal of members and trusted clients to work with. We currently are small but everyone has to start from somewhere right? We want to achieve a wide variety of members, followers, and clients. We want all of our clients to feel welcome with us and feel that they have a reliable team working on their server to make it the best it can be. So you're a staff team for hire? Or are you based on one server?

We will be a staff team for hire when we grow a bit, currently we are looking for members. We are accepting clients now, though we will take a few days to get back to them.

Why would any server want this, as a server owner myself I certainly wouldn't trust a stranger with creative mode nevermind console. I'm pretty sure any other server owner with a decent train of thought would think the same. I'd be surprised if you get 1 client. This also seems like an excuse to say that you're not staff hunters. Another thing is that a lot of owners don't like their staff being staff on other servers. I'm assuming this is aimed at small servers so let me just say my server needs no where near the amount of staff that you seem to be going for, considering that mine and most other servers already have a basic staff team and are only looking to expand so we can cater for more players. Overall this seems like a bad idea and if it turns out the other way please tell me the IP it worked on.

Everyone has their thoughts man. Either way most of the time staff members are "strangers" because people find them online. So that fact isn't necessarily valid. Plus plenty of people like staff teams that are ready to work for them so they get a team going. Hell it isn't even about the "Console" or "Creative" We are doing this for the chance to help out servers and fellow minecraft server owners. I'm an ex server owner myself so I have experience enough on how to run things. Everyone can have their opinions and that won't deter me from this goal. If you think it's a bad idea that's your choice. Have a wonderful evening

I know that but the point is, how do I know that this isn't just a group of idiots looking to grief my server? Also the reason servers have hierarchies is because they only trust certain people with certain things. That's why you're supposed to move up the rankings, and not just walk straight into Manager or whatever

I get your point, this team isn't a "Group of idiots looking to grief". People can gain the trust of the servers we work with. I wouldn't go around griefing servers, I've been griefed by idiots so why do it myself. As for the team the servers we work with can choose where to scale us on the ranks though our set ranks are where we are "best suited"
