Team Aura Is a newly established build team which offers the opportunity to design for the Marketplace and other platforms.

What we require:
- Ability to sign an NDA
- Understanding that not all projects may generate monetary value due varying sales performance and advertising purposes.
- Understanding that we require a certain degree of contribution to our team.
- Understanding that official team projects and information are to remain confidential unless permission is given to disclose information.
- Decent work ethic

Hey Matilaina, The Aura organization is split into two sectors, The Official Build team and the service team for freelancers. Jobs for freelancers are those that the client has personally commissioned, so payment for that is the standard 50% down payment before the project is started and 50% after it is done. Market place aswell as builds for our upcoming store are dependent on the revenue it makes. Official Build team members are expected to build for market place and the store with the knowledge that their is a chance that products may not always sell well.
