I am now adding a staff team training. You will hire a Team Axis member to have a meeting with different staff teaching them all the aspects they need to know about staffing. Such as SSing and things that they are required to know how to do.

6 dollars per day for you guys to do a job that should be done out of kindness & wanting to help?

I see you point. But many many people that try to become staff on servers are very unqualified. I believe that we have very many experienced members that deserved to be payed.(90% of our staff have worked on servers of 600+ players at a time.) The price may be lowered, but I still believe that there should be a payment for very very qualified staff.

Insted of offering staff positions , you could offer some sort of training for staff.

Traditionally, a server brings players of it's network (If there is a playerbase) to staff and help out the community. You are proposing that you will send ex-staff who know their way around in the game type your server has, to staff on it. And the staff would be paid $6 a day? In some cases not even a manager is hired for that much. At the rate you charge for your ex-staff to come and staff on a new server. I could probably run in and do this work at a fraction of the cost or even free. Because at $6 a day and 30 days in a usual month. The server will be paying your people $180 a month. The only servers that would want this sort of arrangement, are servers that are everlasting and always growing. In most cases, those servers are looking in other directions for these sort of services. Mainly for admins/managers who look to be paid by the week/month, and not daily. I cannot tell the future. All I can say is I wish this team the best of luck in the future. Wherever it ends up.

Anyone can be a "staff member", it really isn't hard. It does not require much if not any prerequisite knowledge. It always baffles me that people think that being a "staff member" is like a special trait and not everyone has it. This "team" will last 1-2 months at most.
