Ethereal Graphics offers several different kinds of which you would be interested in. You can easily set a commission for us, and we will set you a good price. We offer Profile Pictures, Signatures, Banners for MineCraft and Non-Minecraft types, YouTube Banners and Thumbnails, for MIneCraft and Non-Minecraft types. We offer many setups and configuration services such as revamps, plugin configuration, server setup, forum setup, and many more. Great for servers that don’t have a playerbase, and aren’t the best. Mind going a bit for in depth?

- For example I worked as a graphics designer on the mega thread, and my usual price is $10 for a commission. Who chooses the price? Myself or someone else from the "mega thread" team?

- If I did someone's profile picture for $5 how much of that would I get and where does the rest go?

- Do I get a small portion of money if someone else from the team does a commission?

1st point, Ultimately we would go with a set price on things which could be negotiated if needed.

2nd point, If you made a profile picture for someone and they paid you 5 USD, You would keep 75% Of it, and the other fraction woul go in for the team to purchase things like thread designs, a banner to get us more known, a simple website with online ordering and automated premade things too which will expand the business!

3rd point, Only if you helped in some way with the commission!

One more question, the managers. What do they get?

Any of these things would obviously take alot of time and would probably be payment by month or something like that. All of this can be sorted out with the client + Manager anyway!

When I said things like thread designs and banners, was just some examples. If the team doesnt need any promotion or anything then the % of money from the commission will be increased for the person who completed the job!
