Same thing he said. What do you mean by "must be professional" or is that basically tying into the must be mature part..

Here's the problem with having that.

You are looking for a group of people who are incapable of being calm and able to work peacefully, instead of a company you're looking for a 7th grade classroom.

Here's the disadvantages to having younger workers.
- Immaturity

- Age discrimination

- Inability to work (not all, but a large amount.)

- Refusal to work (such as having issues and stopping mid deal.)

- Annoying (not to be rude, but most 13 year old's can't work in a calm environment and normally stress the situation more than needed, and yes I know plenty of 13 year old's who know what they are doing and do not cause this but it's way to common at this age.)

- Looked down (people look at your company and see that you hire people who may have all these flaws and it would drive them away from your business instead of towards your business.)

- Work ethic (I personally think they are way to many flaws working with a person so young, again no offence.)

- Procrastination. (I said in the benefits how that most younger workers have a lot of time, but they also put a lot of things off for a good time, you don't want someone to purchase a setup and your worker who is meant to be setting it up to be slacking off or doing homework because he was "working too hard" or something along those lines, you want your customers to go in and then out.)

Here are the benefits.
- Ability to learn (most people who are at this age can easily learn problems or the solution to issues quickly due to the large amount of time they hold.)

- Active (I've worked with many young people, and I have to say that they are the most active and dedicated workers. Not the best, but they try their

Personally, I think they are many more disadvantages to having 13 year old's working for you rather than people who hold a more mature position. (14-15+)
I know i have worked with alot of 13 year olds i know how they act i know that they wont work except if they get money :/ anyhow yea, i know already
