Dear Mc-Market

We are here today to present you a new build team “Kodiak”. We are looking for new builders for the build team. My name is Eryk and I'm 17. I'm the Owner of the build team, and I’m the one who is going to get involved with all of the new members, as you may or may not already know I’m also a builder so I will also be building.

We are a brand new team but that does not mean that we lack experience, I personally have been building for over 3 years now as well as being a long time member on Mc-Market, Spigot, and Minecraft forums member so I’m not new to the Minecraft community.

The main focus of the build team will be commission work but not only, there will be side projects, but those will be discussed in private with each new member and most of the times they will be optional and decisions will be made as a group.​

Payment will be dealt through paypal. For the first month 10% of the income will be set aside to the build team and to cover build team costs and 5% thereafter, this will allow the build team to get some nice art in the future as well as cover current server costs and maybe fund future builder events, you never know.

Hmm, It took us along time to decide how to deal with this and the solution is, there will be no ranks. We want to treat each builder equally from the day they join the build team and as long as they are with us. There is simply no need for ranks, if you are a builder that needs some help you will be assigned with someone to help, you will not be treated as less you will not be paid less because you are new to the team. There will be trail periods the terms of those will be discussed in private.​

3. You need to be able communicate verbally in English.
4. You need to be able to work as a team as well as independently.

Sorry but I'm looking for people that have a similar skill level as me, I'm sorry I'm going to have to say no. There is always room for improvement so do some building and try again in a month or so.
