Even by the law, asking for a refund is not allowed, once you pay for the initial or full fee, you cannot get a refund except for what you paid for. However, if you do not wish for us to build and you paid us, we will no longer build once you give us permission that similar to a quote of "you do not have to finish the build anymore"

I don't think that it is worth making a build team now, especially with the flood of hundreds of sub-mediocre buildteams that have been created in the past year. Most of these teams are focused on only money, instead of the genuine joy of building. Many of these teams are also started with no foundation of the basic idea and principles of what makes a good build, which just makes it less desirable to commission and join. Plus, what most people don't realise is that owning a buildteam takes up much more time than would be expected, it's practically a full-time job if you want to be successful, so I do not think that owning a buildteam is the best plan. But hey, feel free to prove me wrong!

Not trying to be a pessimist or a dick, just trying to be realistic about this. GLWS.

You can't say that about anyone, including my team if you haven't even seen us done more builds.
On top of that, this team was created for MineRidge, my own server, but we wanted to expand it out since we haven't done building when we finished my personal projects. Instead of wasting precious time ( e.g 1 months ) we decided to share our creations with the not just mineridge, but further more into minecraft's community in general.

Thanks for your concern, but this build team is apart of my server, they are my players and part of my family team for MineRidge.

These guys are so easy to work with and worth the money. I used them for my prison spawn and can't be more satisfied with it :D

Update / Bump
We recently finished a spawn that took less then a day ( if we're counting on how many hours we worked , ETA 5-8 hours ) , but roughly it took 2 days since we we're busy with my own server needs. But here it is, our first factions spawn for our portfolio!

That would be my spawn. The lads are very sound can get things done very quickly very happy with the outcome. Thanks for the work lads :) +Vouch

Update / Bump:
Ordered a new banner from Arcrimonia , hes an amazing guy, he made all my past banners also. if you ever need a banner from him. I highly recommend him if hes available.

You can see what banner he made just by looking at my signatures , ( yes he made all of them ).

Now onto the update, we have built a new spawn for my own server MINERIDGE.
