Teams Plugin (Paying)

I am going to start working on a brand new server that I have not decided the name of yet. I am going to use some funds to pay a developer soon (not atm) and I am going to deeply explain the plugin and what I want. I am going to take the lowest cost because, I have a low budget.

What I want:

- Full Access to the Plugin and Source Code
- I will be the only one to re-distribute or re-sell the plugin.

What I want(Plugin):

/team, /t - Basic/Main Command
/t create <name> <password> - Creating a Team
/t rename <name> - Rename the Team
/t setrally - Set's a Rally for the Team
/t sethq - Set's the Team HQ (Base)
/t hq - Teleports User to the HQ (10 Second Wait)
/t rally - Teleports User to the Rally (10 Second Wait)
/t chat, /t c - Switches to a Team chat that only the team can see
/t public, /t p - Switches to Public Chat

- When they are in Spawn, if they are hit by another user. For the next 30 seconds they are combat tagged but they can still enter and pvp in the spawn. Anyone else in spawn that is combat tagged can attack him but the people in spawn can't get killed by him in spawn unless they try hitting the user.

- Scoreboard Idea:

- In Spawn, they can build in the PvP area but the builds clear every hour. They would not be able to place water, lava, nether portals, pistons, sticky pistons, etc.

as blasthappy said No developer would have the intention to do this as you can redistribute the plugin as your own

That basically means that you can claim the plugin as your own and do however you please(including resell, stealing code, etc). Many developers wouldn't bother doing the plugin because of this.

Well what is the point of making it if they are just going to re-distribute and sell it.

I dont think you understand Most developers would like Credit for the plugins that they make.

But for a certain amount of price I will do it

Few questions, What is a rally? Is it just like a /home but for the team that can be set anywhere? And every hour you want everything a player has placed to be removed, correct?

If it's not hard, make it yourself. Don't assume the difficulty of the project if you have no experience.

Not true. Every plugin I make comes with full rights (including resell rights) and source code can be sent on request.

In my opinion its their idea, you get paid, let them do what they want with it.
