Teams Plugin

Looking for a teams plugin for a hardcore PvP server. Not looking for anything too fancy, just something simple and effiecient. Being able to configure the msgs would be a plus too. Does not have to be custom coded can be a plugin used on different servers. Also has to use UUID's to keep track of the players not their name.
The cmds I am mainly looking for are:
/team (/t allias)

/team create [teamname] [password (optional)]
/team leave
/team delete
/team info
/team roster
/team pass [password] (changes the teams password
/team ff (friendly fire toggle)
/team rally
/team setrally
/team hq
/team sethq
/team promote [player]
/team kick [player]
