I did not intend to gravedig, when I posted this there was an issue with the site that made the page not display correctly and I did not see the age of the post (if i had, I would not have posted on it). I was unable to access this site right after this was posted.
I am not sure how you think that our prices are a ripoff. There is only about a dollar difference between us, and we are authorized to rent out TeamSpeak servers and nfo servers may not be.
We are an Authorized TeamSpeak Host Provider, this means that TeamSpeak has authorized us to host TeamSpeak servers, in turn we pay TeamSpeak a monthly licensing fee based on the number of slots we have rented. I searched TeamSpeaks list of Authorized TeamSpeak Host Providers and was unable to find nfo servers on this list, this tells me that they may not be authorized to host TeamSpeak servers.

TeamSpeak is not hosted by the amount of ram, it is hosted by slots. The absolute lowest licencing fee that TeamSpeak would charge on a 50 slot server to a hosting company is $4, and that hosting provider would have to be hosting over 50000 slots. And that does not include hardware and bandwidth.
It is true that you could host on a vps, however that will only allow for 32 slots unless you apply for a license through TeamSpeak.
i have done it with more slots.
I am not saying that it cannot be done, what I am saying is that if you do not get licencing from TeamSpeak for more then 32 slots, you are breaking TeamSpeaks agreements. It is up to the user if they want to try this, it could result in legal action from TeamSpeak. I am not saying that TeamSpeak will go after every person that breaks their agreement, there is allways that chance though.
I do also want to point out that this was an old post that I accidentally gravedug when the site was messing up and I did not see how old it was. The author of the thread most likely is not even watching this thread anymore.

If they are offering 50 slots for $3 I doubt they are legally allowed to host TeamSpeak. As stated earlier, it would cost a hosting company at least $4 a month in licencing fees.
