Highest tier TeamspeakUSA provider license is $0.08 per slot at 50,000+ slots. So the cheapest for a provider (without license fees, hosting fees, etc.) is $8 for 100 slots. If they charge you $10 for 100 slots, take out transaction fees (roughly 2.9%+$0.29) that leaves $9.42. Take out the TeamspeakUSA license fee it leaves $1.42. So the host would have only a little bit more than a dollar to cover the hosting costs.
