TeamSpeak Permissions Help

Hello,
As some of you may know TeamSpeak has changed quite a bit since 2010 and the server group permissions have changed and you have to tick boxes now and you can't write it. Well thats why i have came here today is because i need help on permissions of server groups on team speak so just say T-Mod has a power of 15 and a Admin has a power of 50 and the Owners room was join power 50 so only the admins and owners could be able to join.
How can i do that please help me?​

To use those permissions, you need to activate "Advanced permissions system" in settings > options > application
