TeamSpeak3 Server Setup [PAYING]

Hey I recently bought a server from SparkedHost LLC and I have no idea how to set these servers up. I'm willing to pay like a dollar just for a simple setup for groups, only want 3 groups as its only me and my friends.

Willing to pay: like 1$ but it can be negotiated higher
