Hi there,

I have a Tebex store that had a custom subdomain (subdomain.domain.com) that had my store's page. It's not just a redirect to subdomain.tebex.io, but rather that it shows the destination as my custom subdomain.

This was made possible via Tebex's Ultimate plan, which expired because I forgot to set up automatic payments. I bought the plan again manually and reinstated the theme, but cannot figure out how to work out the domain issue. Going to my store link now yields a 1014 error that says the following:

CNAME Cross-User Banned
What happened?

You've requested a page on a website that is part of the Cloudflare network. The host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is prohibited by security policy.

I think I'm missing something obvious here, but if you know of a solution to this, please send me a message.

Thanks!
