Technic mod: Hexxit 1.5.2 Error

Dear MC-Market users,

I am asking for support on why I am getting an error message when using an Essentials command in my modded server. Details below:

Jar: mcpc-plus-1.5.2-R1.1-forge738-B653.jar

Version: 1.5.2

Plugins Installed now: Essentials, Essentials Chat, Essentials Protection, Essentials Spawn, PermissionsEx, Worldedit, & WorldGuard
