If the name get taken back from the owner, the atlest no resources was used and when i cancel the sniper..... me and many others characterize that as scam.

First off, my sniper doesn't steal or store account details. It just authenticates the user using Mojang's API. Also I've never advertised my sniper as being finished or as fast as I want it to be. About not refunding on a failed snipe, as Skionz said, it does take resources (which cost money) to attempt to snipe a name.

If you had asked me before you went and bought a snipe I would've told you that the sniper and it's website isn't finished and may have even given you a snipe for free, as I do for some users on this forum.

Okay, i understand, but if i cancel a snipe or the name gets taken back then it wont use resources.. Why can't we get a refund for that, it makes your sniper don't look as "professional" as the others.

Lots of businesses in the U.S. say that they're the "best" or "fastest-acting" or "most delicious" when it isn't true and they get away with it. That's just how advertising is and if anyone believes that sort of advertising then they deserve to be taken advantage of.

That's not how I see it; a lot of 'agrees' in this thread instead of the usual 'funny' trolls.
I don't see how the OP states anything about a gamble, rather than an informative post stating that you won't get your money back if your snipe fails.

You are making this a much bigger deal than what it needs to be. If you do not like the sniper, don't post a thread for useless "ratings" because that's what we all know this thread is about. You have already made a scam report discussing the situation here. As Skionz said, if you have such a big problem with losing $14, you need to get a real job rather than selling accounts to make money.

As for his sniper's slogan being classified as "false advertisement", it's not. It's called Puffery, as Teg already stated.

You are the one making a big deal out of it trying to defend him. I'm not a rating whore as other people, i got no need for them. I made this post just to inform people of his sniper. No other reason at all.

He posted it all over his profile and shoutbox maybe he should have informed that its still in beta? And im kindly trying to save people from losing money if there snipe failes because Teg did not inform us about it.

The sites TOS and About Us are incomplete so telling users about the risks they are taking on this thread by using their service is a reasonable remark than having them not know and flaming the service for bad quality due to the lack of a knowledgebase. The Puffery's fine; I don't see a problem with it but there are two completely different topics being discussed here; refunding vs fast sniper (expected servicing).

As Teg stated, you took it upon yourself to assume, based upon other people work, that you will get a refund.
