Cario paid for the snipe on the name, not the name itself, and nowhere on his site does it say that he offers refunds for failed snipes. As long as Teg actually attempted to snipe it, then that's his part of the deal done.

I agree it is professional courtesy to refund it, but I don't think it is necessary or required of him to pay.

I kind of think this thread is just sales trashing and I'm not sure why it's allowed in General since the thread trashing MCSniper.co was locked by Errota. Cario made a scam report about this so that should be where this is discussed.
For the 1 million time this is not sales trashing, you guys that want to argument made this into it. I just wanted to inform people from the start

I've said for like the 10th time that you still fail to comprehend, to acknowledge and give users the information that IS NOT LISTED on the site.
I literally said this lmao. Maybe you should read the shit i post before you shitpost.

Secondly, I also remember Teg saying in chat that their sniper could 'EASILY' beat MCSniper.co and that they should go with him instead of them. You call that being ethical? I find that to be a unsympathetic act of bootlegging. Now the purpose of this thread was, like I've said for like the 10th time that you still fail to comprehend, to acknowledge and give users the information that IS NOT LISTED on the site. It is in no way an attack, regardless of how much of it is actually deserved. If you find this to be offensive, you need to grow up. You are literally flipping your mind backwards and finding every arguable point to defend with.

I'll leave now with my comment. There's nothing else to gain/lose from this thread.
While I agree with everything you said, I'll be removing it to shorten the length of this post. I'm going to race mcsniper.co and mcsnipes in a week or two on a name I'm sure nobody will be sniping (something like scotty48418_t3)

I understand that he was not buying the name, clearly, this is about sniping, but, if something fails, why would you pay for it.

It costs money to make an attempt at sniping the name.
How much? I doubt it costs you more than a few cents ... otherwise you either have a really crappy method or you would be winning snipes. Why not just cut your losses and refund people?

Not really.. If the sniper is truly your and you are the owner running it, you already have the sniper, there is hardly a cost of maintaining the website, most likely ~98% profit. If something fails, you are more than able to be able to pay it back.

If you're using $3 to make an attempt, you're definitely not using your money wisely.

Of course I'm not using the full $3 to make an attempt.

I don't think you understand how the sniper works, which is understandable, but it's not an application that I run on my computer or VPS and wait for names to snipe.

Teg has put time and energy, in addition to a little cash, into developing a sniper. Regardless of what the rest of you think, time does have value and every business requires some time to be spent. The price of a product or service reflects the time AND money spent into developing it. Teg is able to charge whatever they want. It's a free market.

If you purchase a snipe from any sniper, there's a risk that the snipe won't be successful for a variety of reasons. If the snipe wasn't successful because of the sniper, there's an argument to made for that. If the sniper is functioning as intended and operating successfully, then there's nothing to complain about. By purchasing a "snipe", you are essentially purchasing an opportunity to get the name you are trying to snipe, not a guarantee that you're going to get the name.

No where on Teg's sniper p doesn't guarantee that your snipe will be successful. It may state that it's the fastest, but any reasonable person wouldn't believe that, which doesn't make it false advertising.

If you don't like the way Teg's sniper operates, there are other snipers out there and you can choose any one of them. Again, it's a free market. It's not respectful to publicly trash someone's service. That's called defamation and that isn't cool.
