I need a bot that will use my telegram user account (app id & hash, not telegram bot token) to fetch images when posted in a telegram group, and send them to a discord channel.
Images are uploaded in bulk (i.e 4/5 selected and sent at the same time) and I need the bot to fetch those, then send them straight to a discord channel.
