Telegram to discord forward script/bot

I am looking to see if someone has a script that copies telegram messages from channel where i am normal user and drop them to discord channel where I am admin.

Dont know what u mean by logged. But in simple terms , messages will land in TG from TG channel owner, i want them to be relayed to my discord channel.
