How much time do you think is good to teleport to somewhere like /spawn or /tpa, for an old-school faction server.

I'd say 3 seconds is the norm for many factions servers (at least every one I've played has had it set to 3 seconds). It's entirely up to you, though, and how much of a ballache you want to give people ;p
