Teleport to world without any plugins?

Sup i have question, can you tp to diffrent worlds except world, world_nether, world_the_end without using mw or mv? (using essentials /world command)

Yes i tried it, but that works only for world, world_nether and world_the_end, for example if i have world called PvP or Spawn, how i can tp to them when they are not default generated by spigot? http://prntscr.com/hjlkep
