I'm here to offer free/cheap plugin development services. If you want a plugin, either post in this thread or PM me, and we can discuss whether I'll take it up.
Pricing is pretty simple - If it's small "enough," you get it for free. Exact conditions for this vary on a case-by-case basis, but in general, if I can make it in a day or less, you can probably get it for free. Anything you'd have to pay for is negotiable in terms of price; I'm willing to work with almost any budget.
In terms of what you'll get out of this: You get the plugin you requested, the source code for it, and a week of free support/changes/etc. After this first week, free support is not guaranteed.

TOS:
- Don't be an ass. If you're rude to me, I'll almost certainly not take your request.
- I'm free to reject whatever requests I want.
- All payments are final. "Chargebacks" or other attempts to get your money back after delivery of the completed product is not allowed, and will result in a scam report being filed against you. 50% up-front is nice but not required.
- There's no guarantee of support once a week has passed from when I complete your request.
- Adding in features during the development time may cause a price increase, depending on the scope.
I don't do minigames/custom gamemodes/etc. Sorry.I'll consider minigames/custom gamemodes/etc. on a case-by-case basis. These almost certainly will NOT be free.

Currently N/A, as most of my work has been private and/or for defunct servers. I have some work, but it isn't uploaded somewhere currently; I may set up a private test server for you upon request to see these.

- Just so friendly. Lets specifications of a plugin be configurable with no hesitation, even suggests it while other developers may simply brush it aside since its a "free plugin copy".

- Service was just beyond what I had thought it would be after meeting so many toxic "Free developers", she has surpassed my expectations.
