TempestMC
TempestMC is a network aiming to push the boundaries of what servers can do. Our main emphasis is to provide a server that players feel at home with by creating features our community wants to see.
Our goal is to create a server that doesn't just pop-up and disappear but sticks around to leave a last impression on this community.
Our main focus with development is our survival realms currently, so experience with this game mode is ideal!
Documentation has been made for all projects that is comprehensive and sufficient, any and all questions on mechanics and game play will be answered by our team.
We are ideally looking for developers who want to enter a long-term project, as previously stated we expect this server to be around for not just weeks but years. We hope as a developer you give insight to what changes we should make as a server and hope that you will take an initiative to better this network that way we can provide the best possible player experience for our community.
Payment - We are very flexible on how you will be paid. We will discuss whether you are to be paid on a per-plugin basis, hourly, or a combination. We need java developers for our whole network with a main focus on our survival servers.
3+ Years Java 8 experience
1.5+ Years Spigot experience
Maven or Gradle experience
Experience with GIT
16+ Years of age

Things that we prefer but are not necessary, call them bonuses:
Previous experience with the game mode that you will be working on
An active GitHub with projects you created
Having worked on other medium-large sized servers (50-250 players) with good references
