Temporary Block Plugin

Looking for a good temporary block plugin

Any block you place on the floor will despawn after a period of time. as set in the config. I also want commands. maybe like this
/tempblock help
/tempblock give (playername) cobblestone 1
* /Tempblock give (playername) (the id or name of the block you want) and how many. *

In the config I want as such.
Name: Cobblestone #This is the name of the item. It need to work with minecraft color codes.
Type Of Block: 4 or Cobblestone #It could be both. the id of the block or the name of the block.
How long until it despawns after you place it: 30 seconds
