Tenderblock is a skyblock server which is being created at this moment. TenderBlock is a unique, because of how our plan is. TenderBlock has purchased a lot of premium plugins to make our players enjoy their time. My name is Punish, I have been staff on multiple huge servers and I know how they are built up. But I see one thing among these servers / skyblock servers. They don't take suggestions to action on their servers. The suggestions Staff / Members make to make the server more fun. We currently have custom Enchants setup and Runes! These are quite fun to use!
What is a Staff for TenderBlock?
We need staff members to help out our players and make sure they enjoy their time with no bugs and issues. A staff on tenderblock is a player first front support. If you do get accepted as a staff member for TenderBlock you get your rank in Discord and IN-Game, but as a staff member, you have responsibilities. You will be trained/guided by a Manager or Owner. If you do make mistakes on the way, we will correct them and you will learn how to do things. You will always be appreciated for doing this job and you will receive promotions on the way. But there are requirements, Not too strict but the requirements are meant to be there. There will be exceptions if we think you are good.
Staff Requirements:
13+ or older.
Cannot be staff on other servers. (Will be conducted scheduled background checks)
Needs to be online at least 2 hours a day.
Need discord.
Able to talk/use a mic (If you are not able to use a Mic or talk then you will be declined)
