Hello we are a Minecraft 1.8 pvp network called TengoMC. We have yet to launch, so we want to gather a decent number of staff members before we do. (Staff will be voluntary as well or paid. Will work out details)

What are we looking for?
Moderators, Senior Moderators, Administrators, and Managers.

How can I apply?

Requirements (Administrator/Manager):
- You must be 16 years old or above.
- You must be 100% fluent in English.
- You must be great with people, as support is part of the job.
- You must have management experience.
- Hiring and firing staff.
- Discord management.
- Briefing/training staff.
- Staff management.
- Etcetera...
- This should be a given, but you must know most in-game commands:
- Core Protect.
- WorldEdit.
- Punishment commands.
- Etcetera...

When you said "Staff will be voluntary as well or paid. Will work out details" which staff roles will be paid and which ones will be voluntary? For example, I see that you're wanting to recruit a Manager for your server - will this position be paid for or voluntary? You could add that sort of information to the thread and it makes life for people wanting to work for you easier.

Also, you could tell us a little bit about your server:

Any custom plugins?
Any unique and fancy features that could attract new people?

Without the likes of this information many people will be repelled from the post.
