TENGUPVP | Professional/Experienced HCF Staff Recruitment

Hello. Today, the reason I am here is because I am seeking staff for our upcoming HCF-based network. Our network is called TenguPvP and is currently doing pretty good in terms of custom plugins, HQ builds and budget. We are planning on releasing a few unique and new to the scene events. However, for the server to release we need a fair amount of professional staff that have experience in the HCF gamemode. Accepted staff will be told more information about the server and receive regular updates.

» Must have enough past server and HCF experience.

» Must be active on the forums and in-game. (that depends on the rank you are applying for)

» Must be experienced, mature and active.​

Why do you want to become staff on our server? (250+ words) » I want to become staff on your server because I have gotten back into being a staff member. For all types of servers but I have started to find more I retest in HCF because that is what I am playing at the moment. I see this server has great value and I would love to add on to it. I can see the Owner putting a lot of effort into it and that is what good servers need. I want to staff on a good server not a server that some 8 year made and posted on mc-market saying join now need staff. I see this server as being a better server that can succeed. I have worked hard in the past as someone that staffs on servers. I like staffing on servers because it is fun to help other players for me. I like a challenge and HCF can be one but I know that I can do it. This server looks well built as I can see from where I stand and this a is a big reasons I want to apply here. It's a good start to something and I bet I could offer more to that start. My other reason for applying is that I love startup servers. I get to see a server from the very beginning and see it grow to something quite amazing. This for me is a amazing experience and I can be a part of the community every step of the way.

VenomPvp - SeniorMod

I was a senior moderator on a faction server known as venompvp. I looked through ban appeals, watching hackers, help dispute things in-game, deal with ranks and missing items and scammers. I learned a lot from this and in all this made me a better and more mature person because of what I had to do. The server has recently died with 4 players on daily. Kind of sad but the owner is very inactive and doesn't really provide much help to the community which is sad. It used to average 100 players daily

StealthNetwork - Admin

Which is HCF and prison server that did fairly well with 50-70 players on daily. I did many things like look at ban reports and appeals, watch hackers, setranks and gave missing items back to players, setup all server mines, made events and hosted moths, and much more. This server gave me quite a lot of experience aswell

With these experiences I was able to really make a great fit into the team and offer what ever I could. These positions I had were at the top of the ladder and were something I took pride in. I was able to grow from nothing to something to beyond which for me is great for going onto on there server being able to say hey. I staffed on here and this taught me that and that taught me this which is nice for someone like yourself who is picking staff to know that he has someone that knows what they are doing and he knows that they will fill with 100 percent each and every time that he is asked to. Which is always something that helps.

There are other servers I ave staffed on but they don't seem relate to and wouldn't fit in this category

What can you do to benefit us and our server? (200+ words) » I can bring a professional staff member to the server so you don't have to worry about trust issues or anything like that. You get someone that knows what they are doing and follows the rules. I help everyone and I know how to help not just be someone with a staff rank. I can bring loyalty and never back down on something I start. I will bring all that I can to this server because that is what I believe in. I think this server could go far and with what I can bring there is in no doubt that I could do it. Everything I bring will be put at 110 percent effort. Other applicants may not have the same experiences I have had which may put me ahead of them. I have the knowledge I need to staff on a Hcf server which is another great bonus for me when applying for things like this. I can bring more to the team as one person and be able to fit in and work. I am like the missing puzzle piece for something and I can fit in very well. For all these reasons I think I am better for this position then other applicants

What are your skills at screen sharing and what clients can you find? (Clients like Vape update regularly) » I actually have a guide I use for finding hacked clients like vape and other things. And other programs.
How many hours can you contribute to the server? (must be fairly active depending on position you are applying for) » 5-20 a week. Just depends with school

What times can you be on and what days? (Detailed schedule) » 3-7 my time during week and most of the day on the weekends.

Why should we choose you over any other applicant? () » Because I have experience and I know what I am doing. I know how to properly do things and I get the job done. I make sure that all loose ends are tied and everything works out fine in the end

Are you able to record? If so the recording must be 35+ fps? (In case we need some type of proof) » Yes I am. I have purchased a recording software

Any extra information you would like us to know? » I would love to staff on here All the 250+ words plus stuff are up to date which means there are 250 or more when asked and for the others the same

*Scenario*: A player comes in TS raging and very mad because their faction went raidable from a POSSIBLE hacker. What do you do? » I would go and watch the suspected hacker and see what he or she does. If all is fine I will report back to the player showing evidence. If he or she is hacking I will follow the guidelines given to me on how to deal with it as it could be dealt with in many different ways.
