Terms of services:
1. All transactions are to be paid through PayPal. Unless both parties agreed otherwise.
2. All payments are to be made as payments of USD or the equal value of USD in your currency
3. The client will pay 50% of the price for the service upfront.
4. The client will pay the remaining 50% of the cost once the project is completed.
5. If the client doesnt like the end result but the map matches all the requirements given by the client, then the client has no right to ask for a chargeback
6. If the client cancels the service after the project has started, then upfront down payment will be kept by me.
7. Once the service is completed and the product is delivered the client will have a 3-days guarantee to request small to minor changes.
8. The client has no rights to sell or distribute the product delivered by the service.
9. If the client does not pay the remaining 50% of the cost once the service is completed, they lose all rights of the product. The provider of the product regains all rights of the project.
10. The owner (Zhyrr) owns all the rights to sell the build once the full 100% has not been paid.
