Terrain control help

Hello mc-market I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix terraincontrol. I installed the spigot 1.7 version and my server is running spigot 1.7. If you can help here is a list of plugins, please let me know if I need to download anything or if something is interfering with that certain plugin.

Download the TC version that was built for that mc version. I think it's TC 2.6.3, you'll have to check.
