I’m looking for a 5k by 5k world thats mainly ocean but has maybe 30-40 smaller islands and 10 or so big ones with mountains and cliffs and elevated parts with paths to get up there. I also want the smaller islands to have tropical trees and the bigger ones to have dense forests.

I'm not, thanks, and this budget is WAY too low for me anyway. Even if it's 70% water a 5K is gonna cost a lot more than $30 from me. I think Leonex might be a better option.
