Testing my Config Skills

I will be doing a couple of free configs to test out how good I am. I will need the plugin provided rating/vouch is appreciated

Why would you need a server to configure? Yaml parser for errors and offline configure. If you wanted it for testing, I suggest you learn to set up your own test server on your own comp.

My PC cannot handle what it takes to even have a server without anyone on.

you seriously can't run a 1gb or 512mb optimized spigot server for yourself to configure/test plugins on and screenshot to show progress over skype?
