*Thanks* Rating

Hey,

I think a lot of people including myself want to thank people for compliments or vouching for ourselves without clogging our threads up.

This 'rating' wouldn't count towards your overall ratings, it's just a easier way to say thank you to someone.

If you want this idea implemented please help by showing your support

I like the idea, I think a vouch rating would be better though

I think that people would abuse the vouch rating because they wouldn't have to say why they were vouching thus making a rating meaningless, rather a thank you button sends a message without you clogging up your thread.

"" was actually renamed from "Appreciation" in the core Post Ratings add-on. For me, it serves the same purpose. I use it to say thanks.

I'd think "like" and "appreciation" are two ways of saying thanks, and to be honest, quality content (therefore, you say thanks to it) deserves a rating more than half of the stuff here that actually does get ratings.
