Hello, I'm MDMT and I'm the official manager of that_old_kid, a phenomenal builder.
Kaj (that_old_kid) is 20 years old and has been building since the age of 15. He's attending Virtual Technology and Design at the University of Idaho but since he's currently on holiday for 3 months he decided to do commissions again.
To place an order for a commission, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Contact me on Spigot via private messaging or through Skype by sending a contact request to "MD..MT".
2. Once contact is established, if possible, provide a full build description, your budget and deadline.
The final pricing and details of the commission will be discussed within this time frame as well.
3. After the details, pricing and deadline have been thoroughly discussed, before beginning of the project a down payment of 50-100% of the initial price will required to be paid.
4. Once the project has been started, you will receive regular updates (through screenshots).
You will not be able to view the build in-game until the full price has been paid.
5. During the entire process of the project being built, you may request slight changes & tweaks to be added.
6. Once the project is complete, you will receive final screenshots and a complete render of the build.
This will be the final time frame that you may request changes & tweaks to be added.
7. Once 100% of the initial price has been paid, the files (schematic & world folder) will be sent to you through Skype.

Final pricing and time frames will be discussed depending on the project, below are just general estimates.
SMALL BUILD - STARTING FROM $80 (1-3 DAYS)
MEDIUM BUILD - STARTING FROM $175 (2-5 DAYS)
LARGE BUILD - STARTING FROM $350 (5+ DAYS)
MEDIUM BUILD - STARTING FROM $175 (2-5 DAYS)
LARGE BUILD - STARTING FROM $350 (5+ DAYS)
By hiring our services, you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. All payments must be made through PayPal.
2. You are allowed to resell the build of your commission, but you are not allowed to take credit for the build.
3. If the client party cancels the continuation of the commission project, the down payment is kept by the contractor party and will not be refunded.
4. We have all rights to post images of our builds in our portfolio.
5. You are not paying for the build itself, but rather you are paying for our services.
6. Refunds are not accepted under any condition.
