You own a survival server. This player plays on PVP servers.
He get's on, first thing he does is complain about the "no pvp"
After that, he says the kits are too non-op.
Says the server is crap and leaves 3 seconds after.
2 - The Expert with a degree from Cambridge
This player... you don't want to mess with him. As he says himself, he was the former owner of Mineplex and Hive. He has owned over 100's of servers himself. He claims he's the best of the best.
He get's on, and starts acting like your server is messed up, and starts pointing out random stuff.
"Hey, I know you have a factions server, but you should remove the commencing delay teleportation, which is a known glitch on all of the bukkits plugins. You need to pay $300 for a custom plugins to fix it, it is a lot of money but it's going to make your server better1!"
3 - The Noob.

When the staff aren't on, this player is the "backup staff member" - And don't you dare tell this to him. If you do, he'll turn into an English teacher with a PHD and write you a huge paragraph of why you're wrong.
