The amount of people who get banned is depressing

Imagine a parent telling you something thats important to them, and you just say 'And?'. They would be upset, right?

It does not have a rude tone, it is the way you interpret it that causes your mind to create the rude tone.

I don't think it is the way its interpreted, or even about tone. I believe it is rude because of the context in which you used it. In this case, you would use "and?" to say the same thing as "who cares.". If this is important to him, he would get offended by that, automatically making it rude.

Anyway, a very large portion of the people who get banned are ban evaders, so I guess you could say they're being banned AGAIN.
