My name is Bailey, I am the proud owner and founder of The Arctane Network. We are an upcoming network that plans to be based off of plenty of gamemodes and toss in a few unique ones as we go. We want a dedicated staff team to help us along the way as well as a growing player base for when we release our beta stage. We need all staff and players to work with us not only spreading the word to friends but giving feedback, suggestions, and some much needed support! We are currently proud to be working with three wonderful Owners, Bailey, Pancakes, and Skye. We are hoping to become a large community, not only on our server, but our website and our discord! About Us:
We are The Arctane Network! We are a minecraft network in a very early state and we are here to recruit staff and players. We want to have a diverse area of staff to help us grow and spread the love! We are very welcoming and active, helpful, and quick in handling issues and response time.
The Server:
The team has been discussing about our own server since the founding of the team, we are finally able to say it's official! The server will be a network meaning we will have tons of game modes and will need time to progress it! We are not rushing this project, many young or inexperienced owners/founders will rush the work of their server to try and push it out to the public, I can assure we will not be those people that rush it then proceed to give up after it fails. We will be taking our time with the server perfecting the network in all ranges from builds, decor, plugins, and a team. Our team will of course need to range between staff for EACH server as well as a few global staff thrown in. We will be taking our time choosing staff to fit the role on each server including global! Some of our staff will be placed under the global staff section whilst the rest will be moved to separate servers to keep them together! We hope to become a larger network meaning we will need a semi larger team. [we will accept members and close applications after around a week]. Applications will open up around the first week of every month and close at the beginning of the second week, this does not count for this point in time as we are growing so apps will remain open for a longer period of time. We will not be accepting every app we receive, we will go through each app submitted and decide on accepting or denying it, all apps should have a reply within an hour after submitted.

We understand this is a large staff team goal. (around 42) This is NOT the team size we are going for at this moment. This is the future goal, we are currently only accepting around 10 new members if even. This will be the end goal for our staff team. There is no point in having an obnoxiously large team at this moment as we are a small server undergoing development. The future staff team size and updated roster will be posted within this post as we grow to keep everyone up to date. We are not accepting anything higher then Moderator.

Extra Information:
We are currently in a very early state of confirming our server choices and how we will go about everything. We are taking it slow as we do not want to rush this, We all have experience running servers [The Owners] and they didn't go well because of trying to rush content. If you don't like a more laid back community and prefer a very active and "Hyper" staff team and server we aren't for you. We assure you we will get the server going by the end of the weekend but we cannot promise when the beta will be out. We need an immense amount of time to prepare this as we are a pure network so we need to manage all of our servers and get maps going. If all works out within a few weeks we will let a very choice few players come on to report bugs and issues while we work.
Bonuses for early players:
You may ask as an early player or someone who has been with us since day one of preparation "Will we get any perks?", Welp guess what! You will actually gain a couple perks including the tag "Tester" and access to /nick and /fly. We want to show our support to everyone with us from early days so we are willing to give back to the original testers! We are currently discussing a special tag on our website for original players as well. We will release further information on this as we go on.

Ladies and Gents, we want to bring you all a unique community and staff. We are giving this all a ton of work with recruitment and the server, discord, application process, and website. It is all being worked on some aspects more than others in this current state. We not only want a dedicated staff team to help everyone and work with all of us staff to bring the community a wonderful finished product and continued greatness, but we want a wonderful, non toxic, player base. We are not going for a given player base at this point because we know how long a server takes to start off. We want a player base of 5-10 dedicated players to help us test discord implementations, site updates, and the server itself. We are trying to bring a wonderful experience and will not tolerate toxicity and ignorance that will ruin the community and piss everyone off.
