We're currently looking for Trainees to work a decent amount of hours daily. This is voluntarily, no payment will be given yet.

We're not offering management positions. at the moment we're only looking for Trainees & Moderators.

I’ve only been staff on 2 decently known servers however I’ve been staff in many other small servers. The first big server I was staff on was called “FuriousPvP” unfortunately the server closed down since it was rapidly losing its player base. The owner decided to sell the server and move on from FuriousPvP to a new server (Mineteria Network). FuriousPvP at its best had around 400 players at once, when I was staff on it the server had around 100+ players at all times. The second server I was staff in was my own server! Aqua Factions! This is where I got most of my experience from. As Aqua Factions was not a very big server I still managed to learn a lot from it, manage players, manage staff, recruit staff and other things personally I feel as if Aqua Factions made me be a better person because my leadership skills improved.

What I learned from FuriousPvP is how to deal with people mainly, I learned how to act professional and mature, I noticed that there will always be people causing conflicts, being disrespectful or in some way or another being annoying, however, I learned how to make them stop causing conflicts and how to make them keep calm.

What I learned from Aqua Factions is how to correctly run a server, I learned to choose the correct people for the staff team, how to advertise, I polished most of my skills (on how to be professional, mature, etc).

As I stated, yes, I owned a server called “Aqua Factions”. And no, I’m not working as a staff member on another server or network, however I am Administrator on competitor minecraft marketplace and also one on an AntiCheat’s discord.


What makes you different from other applicants?*
I am creative, professional, fast-learning and bilingual. I am very mature meaning that I can deal with people with ease. I also have quite a lot of experience which will be helpful when dealing with people. I am also smart and always aware of my surroundings, I will be up to date with the server, I can write professional documents using correct punctuation and grammar. Even if I make a mistake I'm a person who looks back and learns for his mistakes then turning the mistake into something great.

Last but not least, I'm a person who's always looking to create bonds with people, to make more friends and grow a great community which would not let me down.

Have you owned a server before or currently working as a staff for another server/network?: I partially owned a server had about 20-30 Average players, i Co-Owned it as i used to have a YouTube channel that i used for gaining a player base!

What makes you different from other applicants?*: I'm an Over Achiever, I'm no Mediocre person i'm Smart, Attentive, Creative & Efficient. I am outstanding in my line of work at school, i get all A's and B's i'm also in advanced classes (AP & Pre-AP). I have a nice and Positive attitude all the time, i'm the person you wouldn't wanna be around since my attitude is so amazing. I have a contagious laugh and everyone that knows me loves me, i am always attentive and i look at issues from both sides of the spectrum, I've seen / heard everything.

I used to own and manage LightCraftMC with my friends and I. I managed the server and got a decent 10-20 player base. We soon started lose time dude to school work, and just ended up abandoning this project. I used to devote almost 5-6 hours a day to this project. Bust most of my time consumed was into development. (That's why I'm here )

I used to own and manage a a uhc server, and with my friends I used to own an SMP server. Personally, when I worked on these, I put in 5-7 hours a day because I had nothing better to do. I’ve done everything from working plug-ins, configuring settings, handling data, creating and designing network graphics, banning players (albeit hating this part because I’m a nice guy), managing money, and much more.

What makes you different from other applicants?*
As mentioned above, I possess all of those talents and am able to do them with speed and efficiency, as well as quality. I believe that I’m able to create a lot of work in a little time for whatever reason, and I can dedicate my personal time into it aswell. I don’t rush anything, I take as long as needed to get the quality of the work done, but if time persists, I can be a great and fast but hard worker. Many people also have this but they are good at one skill, which is why I think that I’m unique in this sense.
