Greetings,
I am looking to manage an all around great graphic designer.
I have plans of rep, and commissions ready, it will be a 1 on 1 partnership, I want to manage this designer, and this will be his job.
If you are interested, I have a full information list for members.
If you are interested, money is invested!

What would the perks be of being managed by you? Wouldn't freelancing offer designers more profit? Also if you are going to take a cut of the payment, how much would you be taking? This isn't to bash you, just asking some basic questions for understanding.

My plans I have I seriously only want to discuss with a designer I truly like if you understand, and 90/10. Designer gets 90.

"The best" tend to quote enough that the number of clients they get is low enough to be manageable.
The value a manager would provide to a designer on mcm is not that high since there isn't that much to be managed. Invoices, clients and communication can all be handled without the need for a manager.

MCM isn't where the management will be happening.
My plans are different.

And perhaps you could share that plan because I don't think any great designer would be interested in hiring a service when they're already managing their business themselves perfectly.

I understand your reasoning.
The plan is more or less something brilliant, and I just feel sharing to the public is something I couldn't do.
I will tell applicants if needed, like I do with the already applied members.
I see your point.

Based on personal experience as an artist myself, it's much easier to work alone. I've had a manager before and I just ended up losing money because means of communication gets way too complicated in almost no time at all and then you lose customers. When ever I start advertising myself by just refreshing my old threads, it only takes a week for me to get more customers than I can handle and when ppl get impatient and go else where. This is why when you have a manager getting your clients, the same issue occurs much much sooner because you get the clients sooner.

To be honest, what would "all round" mean? Like non-mc stuff, drawn mc-stuff, rendering, modelling, things like that?

I believe meaning you can draw anything on request that is 2d (characters, environments, organic and hard surface objects). I don't think a designer would include modeling. But renders often don't cost much at all so that would be slow to manage.
