I am Extech, the manager of The Coding Habitat.

Staff Positions:
Marketing Manager: 0/1
Support Team: 1/4

Marketing Manager:
Marketing managers have distinct personalities. They tend to be enterprising individuals, which means they’re adventurous, ambitious, assertive, extroverted, energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and optimistic. They are dominant, persuasive, and motivational. Some of them are also artistic, meaning they’re creative, intuitive, sensitive, articulate, and expressive.

Some of the tasks that you will be set include, but not limited to:

1. Building our community,
2. Maintaining clear communication with management,
3. Raise community awareness of our community and upcoming projects,

Requirements:

1. Be 18+,
2. Have a Portfolio/CV ready,
3. Have at least 2 year of experience,
4. Communication skills and Networking abilities,
5. Commercial awareness.

Support Team:
Support Team members have an enthusiastic energy about them. They are helpful, kind, active, fun, easy to talk to and very optimistic about projects and plans. Our plan is to gather a support team who is all that and more!

Requirements:
1. Be 16 or older,
2. Be active within the community, (4+ hours a day),
3. Have some coding experience, (Preferred, NOT required),
4. Prepare for an informal interview.

This might just be my preference, but personally, I think "Have at least 1 year of experience" is too low of a requirement, I would personally suggest having the requirement as "Have at least 3 years of experience" as I feel that would give you more experienced and more optimal applicant options.
