It’s 00:32 and I’m really just trying to get a Stonks on my thread count so here is a FORUM THEORY.
[Intro rolls in]
Alright so we know pretty much how the entire forum now hates Capaldi, there isn’t many exceptions to it. I’m personally neutral in this entire drama but I will however side against such staff member as I had myself some quite unpleasant experiences, but that’s not the point here.
The forum is angry...
And to say the least, an angry forum isn’t exactly good business. Mick cares much more about this forum than most individuals here and has sacrificed quite an amount of offers for it’s sack. Saying otherwise would be better pathetic and ignorant as none of any of the community members personally know mick nor read his mind nor even know the behind the scenes.
Now, let’s get to the source of the problem: staffing issues.
MC-Market has a staffing issue which cannot be ignored. Averaging over 50-100 registrations per day, constant spams, repetitive scamming and annoying kids, managing and moderating MC-Market isn’t the easiest of all tasks. It requires over 3h/day dedicated to such and quite a few amounts of characteristics, such as:
That’s not how it works. Let me tell you a tale:
Once upon a time a competitor site had just appeared. As an innocent businessman, I had just discovered it and decided to upload popular plugin Ji Anticheat on it’s platform. After a week, I went to see if anything popped up and to my surprise, on the buyer log, it seemed that nearly every single staff member had ‘accidentally’ clicked the purchase button and cancelled the order. Let me tell you the three possibilities:
Now that’s when it hit me: TRUST.
Most users on here do not understand how complicated it is to find an individual who you can rely on and trust. Every single staff member so far has never shown clear intention to exploit their permissions for personal cases (of course excluding warnings/suspensions for messages as that is entirely subjective).
Why’s that you may ask? Because Mick finds the right people. He know who he’s trusting and why they’re still on the staff team. As for Eclipse, she is, alongside Majored, one of the most active staff as of now. Without her the backlog would start appearing again.
With such amounts of time consumed with dealing with kids that don’t understand that freedom of speech is NOT APPLICABLE TO PRIVATE ENTERPRISES, you obviously get quite upset in the end.
So now, lets observe this through another perspective:
Do we want to wait months for our support tickets to be answered or do we accept the fact we may need some time before another staff can arrive and balance the load out on the team? It’s an endless loop we cannot escape as of now.
It’s now 01:02, I want sleerp.

- Impeccable professionalism
- Perfect grammar
- Correct and easy communication
- Clear understanding of the guidelines

Let me tell you the three possibilities:
- The entire team is made of fucking morons (Can be selected as optional too)
- Every staff members has no clue of their duties and clicks random buttons (Unlikeable)
- They tried to download it for free, without my consent, for their own personal use (Highly likely)
Now that’s when it hit me: TRUST.
