It seems as if MC-M is going downhill at this point, one of the best scam resolvers resigning and the scam reports are going really slow, more scammers are arising, and it seems as if the entire site is going downhill, opinions?

I feel that Minecraft in general is dying out since Microsoft purchased it so everything else that are attached to it aren't very far behind.

It really wasn't Microsoft purchasing it, it was the same old developers that have been working there for ages adding new content and not considering the major multiplayer community, pvp community, and et cetera when adding it in. Microsoft just sits back and supports it

Really I think its somewhat going back on a small turn up for a bit as its summer and a ton of new members that just wanna be part of this community quit. just some members are super toxic and make them quit cause they are "scammers"

One thing i've noticed using this forum is that 60% of people exit scam. Honestly makes me sick. Scammers are sick... Period.

However, you get my point. I've found some old threads where 15-16 people in a row are banned for "Scamming" or "Alternate Account - Name"

Yeah agreed, alot of people do exit scam. That's why no matter what kind of rep someone has you have to be careful, I've only been scammed once on this site since 2015.

Okay. As long as there are kids to buy this shitty game, there will be a community. Still over a few million people playing actively. I found an article from this year saying how it still has 75 million players a month. I have another article saying it had 55 million in 2017. It isn't going down. The market is not either. It's like recycling. We lose old minecraft players for new kids to join. We quit and newer sellers/buyers join. The market won't die unless if something unrecoverable happens like minecraft cracking down on mcm. Mcm isn't dying, if anything, it's on slight downtime to recooperate.

I doubt many people would want this but I believe it's time for MCM to change name and design instead of the market primarily being associated with minecraft and most people having the blue and white/black design which most people have. This would attract a lot more people as half of the people on this site don't play minecraft as much as they did when they registered, or like me don't play it at all anymore. I feel as though this change need to happen as I am seeing just about as much Fortnite accounts as minecraft accounts, which kinda defeats the purpose the "MC"M and I doubt this would effect the minecraft community selling accounts. Pretty much I don't think this market should associate with a specific game and changing the site completely would attract more people with more money cus everyone know minecraft people broke as fuq. I doubt Mick would actually be bothered to do this tho as it would be a lot of effort.

Justis does far too much for the site, and I doubt he can keep it up indefinitely. Mick needs to hire someone else to offload the work.

People with big egos and 35$ spent on the forum for their ranks kick half of the new-comers away by neg repping them because they hurt their feelings and staff think it's ok for marketplace reputation to be judged by feelings.
