To all the fellow people who are trying or tried to make it big with minecraft.
Before I begin, I will inform you this is a long summary of how it started and how it ends. All the secrets and all the scammers. This will as well be my end statement here on the market, if you wish to ever speak to me, PM me and I will help you in any way.
Well where do I even begin is the question. Minecraft is full of people who are trying to make money or get big. The problem with this type of community is most will do it at any means necessary. Destroying their competition with illegal ways such as DOXing, DDOSing, Scamming, etc. Its a pathetic and low life thing to do, its happened to me on multiple occasions and its how I started to try exposing people for who they are. My own friends, whom I spoke to daily on here and made plans with, did deals with ended with exit scams. My fellow people on Mc-Market, minecrafts days are almost at an end. Minecraft isnt going to be one of those games such as LOL and WOW that will be played for years to follow. Minecrafts server populations rates have dropped as well as the amount of people who are signing and buying accounts has lowered tremendously. Do not believe me? Go check the stats.
In 2012 when I was 13 years old, a friend introduced me to minecraft. Simple fucking game that I was always told was for nerds. So I played it low radar with a nerdy friend of mine and actually had an immense amount of fun. Hell, the first server I played was towny for 6 months straight. Then I turned to factions for the rest of my life. Thats how it started. I started playing factions daily, getting more and more into it. And what does one do when they get really into something? They want to move up in the leaderboards with it. Making my own server. I started one in 2013 and oh my lord it failed miserably just like everyone else when they make their first server at 14. Except for OPAlex and such who have their parents and friends do all the work. See the thing with server making I realized was never about making it more unique than others or making it so much more fun. It was all about using the newest "fun plugins" and advertising the shit out of it. Thats how I learned to make huge servers, just use that method and the basic players come flooding in, put up a 75% off sale and watch as you make a $1000 ad turn into $5000 profit in a month.
As I started getting more and more into it, I met the owner of a hosting company I was using at the time, AquaticNetworks. Owner was Ben Ransome who later scammed me of $200 and who is using the current site I paid for. I got him banned on here but he was the one who had originally shown me mc-market. We stayed up late nights for weeks on end planning the company only for him to scam me in the end? That was the first time I was scammed at such a low level, it was insane for me at the time thinking people would do this. But as I came to the minecraft world, it was an actual normal thing. People scammed in order to make themselves get farther. So I made the scam report, shit didnt happen. Verringer was the most pathetic owner of this site I had ever seen. Accepting bribes to ban people, unban, delete posts, everything. The scam report was never even checked up until Mick came along with the new staff. Have to say, Mick was not as shit as Verringer, but Mick, you were still pretty terrible, Bosny outweights you by tons. Ben Ransome, created fake documents of me saying I signed contracts and all of that sort, the balls this guy had right? I had many people back me on the post, some who even went further into investigation on proving him a forger. That guy, he's gone and so is most of his client base so lets not worry about him.
Whats next was me gaining experience on here. Mc-Market was one of the greatest places I had ever been to make money. Sell builds, plugins, etc. The services were great. I made a dev team, build team and web dev team at the start. Went great, made $600 within a week and was going insane at 14 of how much money I was making. The team slowly broke down though and I stuck with one of the developers. Ollie. He had and has been my developer ever since we met. One of the very few people who stuck by my side and helped me along every way. Hell I sold a server for $800 and didnt have a paypal at the time. He took the payment for me and then sent me it when I had it up and running only for the guy to chargeback on him. He pay half the chargedback amount. He didnt even have to, he offered to but I swore to pay him back and I did. Thats the type of people you stick with in life. He and I split for some time and I meant someone named Ethan Fine "USubZero".
Man oh man, Ethan fine was someone I had full trust into. We worked on a server I thought of called Hyperbian. Summer 2015 was suppose to release. Worked on the network for about 4 months total. Vikkstar, Preston and Woofles all about to release videos. And boom. My man changes the passwords on everything. Transfers domains, bans all my accounts and IPs. I was out in a split second only with him to have a 200 PB for about a week and ruin it. He had no idea what had happened. After about 3 weeks I had got into contact with a few lawyers as I had a legal agreement signed with him. Smart eh? As I was making my new server, he joined on the day of release after not speaking to me for almost 3 months asking me not to take legal action. He gave me the domains back, I pointed them to the new server, made money and gained a playerbase. Worked out a bit in the end.
A problem with me created servers is that every single time I do, I have football that comes up. Right now im on a highschool team. A highschool team thats in the Open Division of California and in the highest ranking one in the entire country. This season, I play schools that have had movies made on them. Linebackers built for the NFL already, lineman already at 300 LBS, and people that run 4.4 40's. Imagine those people on the other side of the ball of you. For all of you who do play football, my god these guys know how to fucking hit you, considering how leg tackles are illegal now.
Ill name every server I have ever made.
DetraPvP, EssencePvP, Hyperbian, Demrie, Warfine, Imperial Network.
Demrie, Warfine, Hyperbian and Imperial Network succeeded, the rest failed.
With all this, I dealt with many scammers.
George Housley, Ping "McMadness", Ben Ransome, 6ix, and many more whom arent even worth mentioning.
Believe ive been scammed at what, $5000 in total? Hell, George tried framing me of scamming him and after showing mc-market staff our conversation, they all laughed at him. Ill put every dollar in my name that he'll comment on this trying to explain, go ahead, I wont be replying.
People be careful on this market and on others. Im sorry, but everyone who has another "mc-market" knockoff wont make it. It doesnt matter how many new users youre getting, all come here. Even the most reputable members scam on here so be careful. Sentinel was a good friend of mine and very reputable only to exit scam for a knife? I blocked him after that.
Exit scammers are coming more and more as minecraft is dying. The staff here right now ill admit are actually pretty great. Bosny, no matter what happens, keep doing what youre doing and let the ideas flow for this community, I expect great things from you. Guys, dont make a server unless you have money to spend, your ideas are always shit anyways and you ask for money when you clearly have no idea what youre doing. Make a service and do it well, dont make shit ones. Go spam the back of .org, hell that will get you around 50 joins and hour if consistent. I did that for a while and dont care to admit it. Got me a 40 playerbase before for free
Choose who you take sides with wisely, those who arent as big can actually make you big. Dont scam, youll regret it later on as your reputation is tainted and no one will deal with you. Or if youre thinking of scamming, dont because what if you were about to be scammed $500?
Not a great feeling.
If you have a dream, play it smart, get an entire gameplan going and GAIN EXPERIENCE first!
Shoutout to all these people:
Ollie_2411 for being my dev for so long. Acromania for being a bitch but doing a nice banner for me! Andrew for the sweet MCSL banners. TheBaum64 for helping me in my time of need and currently im in debt to $1.70 oops. Mumzel for making videos for me. Minerlogs for sticking by me when I was scammed and left behind with no one, all the fake friends left to the scammer to get big. Brod for the designs before I found out hes banned on here for some reason, fake.
Big shoutout to all those people that have entrepreneur in their titles and have never met a real one. As well as all those smartass people who think they can act tough over a screen but in real life are scrawny and pale, never leaving their rooms except for food and school. Its a sad fact. People, stop acting like you know everything and are better than others. No one is better than another. Steve Jobs was a billionaire and had a heart made of stone for he never donated a dime to charity, his delegates had to for him. A homeless person is considered "better" than him in the eyes of mine and many that are righteous.
Help each other out, show each other how to be better. Their success can bring you up as well. Believe me, theyll be back and repay you for the favor. Dont act all high and mighty. If I did, im sorry, never meant it. But for those who talked shit and are sitting behind a screen, I would be more than happy to meet you in real life, bigger or smaller than me, thats how its suppose to be done. Over a screen, youre pathetic for that.
Okay what did you read? My anger and frustration with this community over the years. Few are kind and giving, many are eager to be greedy. Change that and thats how you become successful.
Man, I came to talk to some old friends on here for a minute, they get so offended and needed to feel so much superior than others in an instant, thats all you ever see in the community of minecraft itself, dont be like that. Damn straight you will not act like that when you play football. Those who play, you know what i mean. "Oh this is a game, get over it" Im over it, but are you?
I made it big, I made thousands of dollars monthly from a large minecraft server and have contacts with successful people, but nothing is right. Im choosing to leave minecraft and further my skills in football and gain a Division 1 scholarship. When the season begins, ill link anyone that asks to the games on TV.
Better yourselves, if you need anything PM me.
